i’m trying to do myself, my baby, and my husband a favor by trying to eat somewhat healthier. since i can’t really cook at my mom’s, and i can’t really cook anything but pasta and pizza, i decided to try eating this “healthy choice fresh mixers”. they do, in fact, taste healthy. however you want to take that.
basic preparation is as follows… remove film cover from strainer lid. remove strainer lid. remove top mixer section thing. add water to fill line. replace strainer lid. microwave for some variable of time. strain out water. warm mixer contents. remove strainer lid. add mixer contents to main component. stir. enjoy.
pretty simple, i can’t mess that up, and they’re quick for when i suddenly get dizzy and really need to eat. i’m thinking i will be investing in a few more of these.
